Parents & Students, Welcome to BMS 8th Grade! I'm thrilled to get the chance to work with you this year. I'd love to let you know a little about myself. I am originally from St. Louis, MO. Go Cards! When I'm not teaching, I like to read, sing, dance, watch movies, or go to the theater. Some important things for success in my classroom include: 1. Respect 2. Hard Work 3. Communication 4. Asking for help when needed 5. Fun! I look forward to getting to know each one of you and having a blast this year! Hopefully, it will be an 8th grade year that you will remember fondly for years to come. Please, do not hesitate to let me know if you ever have questions or concerns about your progress in my class. I'm here for you and want you to succeed! Here's to a great year! -Ms. Gross

If you liked The Giver by Lois Lowry, Son is a must read! I just finished the book, and was blown away. Check out what happened to Jonas and Gabe!
Nothing Gold Can Stay
